Chairs are all priced in a standard synthetic cover, unless specified. Some dearer fabrics have been chosen for their photographic appearance, but the chair price is at the standard rate.

All our deliveries are performed by our exclusive contractor Response Office Moves. Jamie and Grant charge for their time and labour, as is the normal practice. Be aware that split deliveries from the one order will incur multiple charges. We cannot and will not absorb delivery charges in our prices. Manufacturer's lead times vary, with your goods arriving to us at varying times. We limited input regarding this, despite our best efforts. While we greatly value your purchases with us, it is up to the client as to their specific delivery needs.

While we greatly value your purchases with us, it has come to the point where we now have to place a surcharge on credit card transactions. It is impossible to offer great prices, and then have to absorb the card supplier's charges as well. There is only so much a Koala can bear! As of October 1st 2004, we reluctantly have to pass the card providers charges on, for Mastercard and Visa (3.5%) and American Express (5%). EFTPOS incurs no surcharge.
