Your piece has been made for you! This is also why the lead time is 6 to 8 weeks. However, be advised that grains go various ways, bumps, lumps and imperfections are part of the natural material. Colour shades will vary on different pieces of any suite.

Unless you want to double the price again, that is how it is.

Buying a timber veneer product does not necessarily mean that much of the manufacturing quality increases by 50% over melamine furniture. That is simply not the case. What you are getting is the natural feel and lustre that the timber veneer brings, which melamine can never come near.

The techniques and cabinet making work are exactly the same. The veneer is the special thing. Be aware that timber veneer is a natural product, with as many flaws as you and I.
